PHILOSOPHY ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Concord New Energy promises to be a socially and environmentally responsible centennial corporation, dedicated to expanding the wind energy industry while operating with the most environmentally friendly, safest, and lowest carbon emitting methods. We will operate our business with the best interests of the society and the environment in mind, in order to foster a society that is capable of sustainable development.

GOVERNANCE FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Concord New Energy Group has established an organizational and management system for practices of social responsibility and environmental protection, covering various levels from the Board of Directors and management to functional departments and business units, while providing organizational and systemic guarantees for the implementation of the corporate philosophy through constant checks and improvements in practice. The Group's Board of Directors is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Group's ESG strategy, oversees ESG related issues and is ultimately responsible for ESG issues.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

CNE has formulated ESG strategies covering four aspects of Environment, People, Operations and Community, fully integrating our business activities with value creation for all stakeholders. CNE have also identified the priorities of UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) related to the Group’s operations to be integrated them into the ESG strategies to better guide the Group’s ESG activities.
